REGISTRATION
Complete and return
registration form by August
20. Early registration will ensure your choice of day and class
availability. Change of day cannot be made during the year. New
students must include a copy of their baptismal certificate. First
Sacrament preparation is a two-year program. If your child would like to be in
class with another student, please make a note on your form. We will honor as
many special requests as possible.
